At some point, everybody misplaces their card
It happens to everyone at some point - even Maestro® cardholders! So it’s reassuring to know you can simply call your bank to get a replacement as soon as possible.

If you think your card has been stolen, or if you have lost it, please contact your bank immediately. You’ll find their number on your latest statement or on their website.

Even if you’re not sure, it’s better to be on the safe side - the sooner you call, the sooner we can send you a replacement card.

Tip: when you are travelling, it’s a good idea to take your bank’s
contact details with you - but keep these separate from your cards.
